Seinen ersten Comic-Auftritt als Fünfzehnter Doctor hatte Ncuti Gatwa (er stellt den neuen Doctor in der TV-Serie dar) in einer Kurzgeschichte in dem bereits erschienenen Band "Es war einmal ein Doctor".
Nun bekommt der flippige Doctor, der die Fangemeinde im Sturm erobert hat, seine erste Solo-Comic-Reihe, mit brandneuen Abenteuern in den Weiten von Raum und Zeit, und dabei treffen er und Ruby gleich auf alte Erzfeinde: Cybermen!
